Dear Editor,
I as a part of the Indian Muslim community of Macpherson, would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to MP Faisal Manap and his candidate Mr Bernard Chen for specially coming down from Kaki Bt just to look into a neglected case which was given false pretense only 4 days after the family's plight was first attended to by Mr Chen!
I hope you can and will highlight the good work and efforts of the losing Opposition candidates as the ignorant PAP incumbents often claims that the Opposition merely 'shows up' during elections and disappears soon after. Groups to look out for will be Mr Abdul Salim Harun's Food Program at Marsiling and Desmond Lim's Caring Community for Pasir Ris-Punggol.
In any case, I look forward to Mr Chen and Mr Firuz Khan's continued engagement of the ground with their various fortnightly activities. #empowering our future
