Dear Editors,
This worker had been spotted sleeping for months every night in the middle of Upper Thomson Road near Tagore Industrial area.
There is no construction work going on in the night and I am puzzle why is he risking his life here.
This picture was taken at 0035hrs and hope the employer please give him a better place to rest.
