It appears that a complain against the pro PAP Facebook page, Fabrications About The PAP, has been lodged with the Elections Department (ELD).
It was reported that Fabrications About The PAP had shared a photo which showed DPM Tharman taking the stage during the rally. The caption was "Vote Murali because he's working for you. Not because you are part of a political journey."
The post was made on Polling Day.
According to ELD, posting election advertising on Cooling-Off Day and Polling Day is prohibited, as this campaign silence period is meant to give voters time to reflect rationally on issues raised before going to the polls.
It is not known if the complainant has heard from the ELD.
