Dear A.S.S,
I hve alwys met up with friends at orchard cineleisure for meals or chit-chat. However, i noticed that the handicapped toilet is alwys being barred or blocked by a mop(the lady cleaner blocked it there)
Initially, i was thinking she might need to clean it but it was never the case
It is often blocked all the time!
Eg when i make a purchase of cinema ticket, i saw that the mop was there After i completed my meals and movie, it is still there again
Is the cleaner trying to avoid users from using the toilet so that she could have less cleaning?
There are situations where sometimes i felt tummy-ache and i wanted to use this toilet urgently, but it is alwys barred/blocked by the cleaner/mop
Whether is the user a handicapped is not up to the cleaner to make a judgement. Or this is under the instruction of management?
