I work in the Tuas area, the rain is very heavy now and many roads experiencing ponding now! the water all muddy colour. traffic is very slow moving.
if you check PUB twitter, it reports that there is a high flood risk. Do not travel in that direction if you can help it. wish all drivers a smooth trip home.
