I want to share with you some posts I saw online.
Actually this has been happening very long already. To HDB, it seems that they are busy chasing out poor locals from their flats because they cannot pay, instead of taking action against these errant foreign tenants who rent out our HDB flats for short term stay.
Isn't this against the law to rent out HDB as a hotel? Does this mean i can do the same with my HDB flat and not be chased out?
HDB, I expect to see a response to this or the next time I too will rent out my flat and you cannot say I break the law.
