I would like to complain about a staff at bread talk in Marina Bay link mall. I always buy things from there esp the bread, but from today onwards I'll never step into any bread talk shop anymore. I bought my bread, and the counter assistant a Chinese lady was really insensitive.
I know I looked tanned and might seem that I look like a different race, but when her mouth open she already pissed me off. She actually say this: you are being adopted, you are a Malay and not a Chinese because I was speaking to her in Chinese language so it was easier for us to communicate.
I mean, how could staff not been trained and actually use words like this so openly in a multi racial country? I hope you deal with your staff training when it's come to sensitive topics. Thanks.
