The Land Transport Authority (LTA) apologises for the incident involving one of our Singaporean enforcement officers and a member of public at Yio Chu Kang MRT taxi stand on 23 June.
LTA does not condone such unprofessional behaviour in our enforcement officers, and will investigate the incident. We have also reminded our enforcement officers and traffic wardens that they need to discharge their duties with care and professionalism.
