We would like to apologise unreservedly to the incident happened on the actual date. We promised to the public that we will never allow staff to do such immoral act that will tarnish our good reputation in F&B industry, this incident goes against our corporate values and we do not condone and abhor such actions.
We are informed by one of our frequent patrons before this video was posted online and had laid off this staff as he secretly sell "unclean" drinks to our customers and pocketed the earning.
Our management already interrogated him personally regarding this incident and had terminated his service with the company before the posting of this video.
We will take corrective measures to improve our standard continuously and consistency in our service and hospitality by doing routine check.
Once again, thanks for informing us of such cases so that we can take action against improper actions!
