Early last year we went straight to Tahta Tiara to pay a deposit of 3k to secure the caterer and decor. We found out late last year that the company was sold to company Z.
Tahta Tiara is an exclusive wedding decor. Their decor is based on theme. The owner actually made it so exclusive that even the wedding cards are tied to the theme.
Of course, we are disappointed to find out that the company was sold. From what I know, if one party sold the company the contract signed is no longer binding and that either a refund of deposit or we can at least choose a new package that we are comfortable with, with the new owner.
However, this was not the case. Has anyone face this issue?
