The driver of a delivery van with a notice stuck on its back has been arrested by the police.
The van was parked along Sunset Drive. The notice on the van said, "ATTENTION BLK 1XX #0X-XX NEVER CLEAR PAYMENT OF $800 FOR MOVING SERVICE".
According to a security guard, the driver had been there 3 days prior his arrest. The tenant claimed that the mover was hired by a friend.
