We the residents of blk 26 marsiling drive are affected by the inconsiderate neighbors who always threw paper with shit or medicinal patch. The culprit Believe to be staying on level 7 and above.
It's frustrating that going to mp doesn't resolve the situation. Are we shifting back to 3rd country living environment with first world politicians?
