Dear Editors,
Every single night huge crowds of people swarm Hougang block 401 to catch their stupid pokemon. When they come, they park at the parking lots and its been a pain for us residents. Our lives have been severely disrupted by the sudden influx of people into the estate.
Just yesterday, my brother had to wait for almost 1 hour before he could park at the season parking lots, mind you our own season parking lots. Those pokemon players just park indiscriminately and the wait for them to move off can be a long while seeing how addicted they are to the game.
A few days back another resident complaint that a Pokemon player challenged her father to call the police when he asked if they could vacate the parking lot so he could park. How did the zombie respond, he challenged the resident to call the police on him.
I hope the authorities will come and issue fines to these illegal parkers and ease our parking woes. We have kept quiet for so long, now no longer. This crowd don't seem to be easing up and more people are coming in. The authorities better take action before tempers flare again!
