Need your help with the Hit & Run: License plate something like S 9326 E (we don't know all the letters on the plate)
On Thursday 25 August 2016 at approximately 9.30am, my ginger, male cat (3 years old) was hit by an Indian, female driver between 72 and 76 Taman Warna, Chip Bee Gardens. The driver was driving a dark-grey (4-door) car and going fast. She knocked into the cat, realized it and stopped in front of of a house (whose CCTV footage captured the driver's car). The driver got out of the car to check what she had hit but then decided to just run (rather than help). She drove off into Jalan Puteh Jerneh. The cat died subsequently with four fractures, a dislocated hip, spinal injury and severe blood loss (sorry for the photos but I just wanted to show the damage).
If anyone knows this lady or can identify the make of the car - please PM me! Although to many people this was "just a cat", he was part of my family. In addition, if there's no consequence for drivers like this, such incidents can easily escalate to children (as we all have kids who enjoy biking, playing outdoors in our neighborhood). Please help! Please share!
