2. A man spent at least five months sleeping in a 24-hr McDonald's outlet after losing his flat due to financial difficulties. They call such people “McRefugees”. (ST)
3. An income supplement for elderly Singaporeans at the bottom of the financial ladder has received 2,300 appeals. (TODAY)
