Hi,
This morning, I was driving along ECP towards City at around 8am when traffic came to a halt. I thought it was an accident that was causing a jam. However, I realised subsequently that it was a police convoy that had stopped the traffic flow in order to then travel on the lanes 1 and 2 during morning peak hour.
The halting of traffic that were travelling at high speed on an expressway can be dangerous. Furthermore, the convoy proceeded to hog the lanes 1 and 2. May I know if this is standard practice for a police convoy or should the convoy have at least kept to the left?
The link shows the video of the above mentioned situation.
