Road users at Jalan Eunos were shocked to find a cyclist right next to their vehicle on 9 Oct.
The cyclist who was not wearing a helmet had headphones on. He had no regard for safety and he was weaving in and out of lanes much to the discomfort of road users.
Jalan Eunos typically experience high to medium traffic. Road users had to exercise caution to avoid him to prevent any mishaps.
