Dear Editors,
Water seepage at void deck of block 712, Hougang Ave2. I had lodge a report with AHTC in September and was told it's under HDB purview. HDB Officials was contacted and had taken action to mediate with the resident to have the water pipe fixed. However, up to now, the problem remained.
I called AHTC again yesterdsy as they are overall in charge of the Estate and should be responsible that HDB And Resident had rectify the default. HDB official called and again telling same story of getting Resident to rectify. HDB should send reinforcement team if Resident is non compliant.
This is for safety reasons. What happen if ceiling falls off and injured others?
