Dear Editors,
I saw these teens on bigo live streaming when they were riding their e-bikes on a road with heavy vehicles driving beside them. They boasted to their live viewers that they did not need to wear safety helmets.
The online audience egged them on to speed up their e-bike and even said that if the heavy vehicles were to hit their e-bikes, it would still be the driver's faults.
Are these teens crazy? Livestreaming when e-biking on the roads? Is this an accident waiting to happen?
