Took scootbiz back from Taiwan and this is the sorry state the seats we paid extra for were like; the armrest is broken and put back together with duct tape, and the seat recline button is missing.
I get that scoot is a budget airline, and im likely to get flak for "expecting too much on a budget airline" and "want good seats pay more to sit SQ la", or something along those lines.
That does not devalue the fact that we paid extra for our seats to be of a worse quality than the economy seats in a budget airline.
