A man has been arrested on suspicions of drink driving & driving without a valid license. This happened yesterday (Nov 17) on the TPE towards the PIE.
The truck he was driving veered on the wheels on the right side before the truck moved towards the lane on the left and hit the oncoming vehicle that recorded the footage.
According to the driver of the vehicle, a motorcyclist managed to pass the truck in the nick of time.
