Dear Editors,
3.5 years after renovations, my toilet cabinet collapsed while I was showering my kids in the toilet. When I called my reno salesman and the company, they said they are not responsible.
Salesman is still working, showroom is still active but they say the company changed name so they are not not linked anymore. If you use this this company, be prepared to get your fixtures and fittings tumbling down. Seems fun play to them. #chewinterior
The salesman DON LOO said "chew no longer exist..now its called another name. So u can do wateva u want". U can call Chew Tampines 67880880 to verify
They simply wash their hands. Not even wanting to come and see the damage despite me saying safety of the kids. New name is H somthing he said..didn't quite catch it but 100% sure he said chew company no more.
I really hope u guys can help get them to be responsible. Or at least warn others of this unethical interior designers.
