I witnessed a retail assistant working on Christmas eve and getting screwed up badly by a foreign Indian lady. She accused him of using his phone during working hours, which she spotted when she walked in. But when she went into the shop, I saw the retail assistant put down his phone and answer her questions.
But he was still screwed up badly by the women, who shouted bad words so loud I could hear the conversation while walking past. The lady used F words and the retailer had no choice but to keep his mouth shut as he is the only person in the shop.
After scolding him, the Indian lady stormed out and took a picture of the shop outside. I can assume that the lady is going to launch a complaint to his company.
I am also working in retail line for many years. Do you think retailers deserve to be treated like this? We are also human being, not an object.
