Dear Editor,
Very upset over LGE (Let's go Europe Travel) 100% northern light promise. We had booked a tour with SA travel somewhere in early October 2016. Unknowingly, they sub-contracted the whole tour package to LGE travel which we only realized later on during their briefing.
During the whole 12 days tour in December, they make no effort at all to maximize our chances of seeing the northern light despite there is several days of good weather with clear sky.
Eventually, many of us did not get to see the lights and have to return back to Singapore feeling extremely disappointed and upset over LGE empty promises.
Several of the tour members have tried posting several times on their Facebook pages but was taken down immediately. Also, they have blocked off their review column as they received too many complaints.
We understand that northern lights is natural phenomenon. However, they should at least try their best and maximize our chances if seeing it.
So please think twice before signing tour with empty promises! What they promised, they did not deliver in the end!
