Please see the attached photo. PAP's Victor Lye is actually a time traveller. As you can see from this flyer he sent, he is convinced that the year 2017 is coming to a close and it will soon be 2018
Victor Lye is one year ahead of all Singaporeans, so we should praise his superior ability to time travel. How I wish I could have a time machine too.
