A reader sent us this account of his bad experience on the MRT.
"Until now the people I met are nice except this one today.
Awhile ago in mrt, I sat next to a Chinese speaking woman, who got agitated, got up and checked the other compartment. She asked - you got free seats and still want to sit beside me.
Then I said - yes of course, is there any problem?
She said - yes, I feel harassing when seeing Indians.
Then I said - Well I'm sorry for your feeling but I'm not sorry for where I'm sitting.
Then she left to other compartment. I just smiled..
Besides I'm Sri Lankan
People is an interesting subject to learn."
