What are your dumb taxi co ordinators doing? You had a Limousine parade at the taxi stand at 1am in the morning?
There were at least 50-60 pax queuing up and your coordinators still can tell each individual pax "This is expensive taxi!" A dumb move by whoever who implement this rubbish. A big organization such as yours can make this fatal mistake and allow pax and taxi drivers to be wasting their time. There are already signboards to inform the pax about the fares, pax do not need to be reminded "This is expensive taxi"
What the hell is the ground transport management thinking? Isn't this shooting yourself in the foot? You get a long queue of angry pax inside and a Mercedes and Chrysler showroom outside.
Please use your brains, coordinator job is just to guide the pax to the taxi waiting in the lot. Your signs in the Q area is more than enough info. All taxis in Singapore are expensive, cheapskate pax can go take uber and grab if they want it cheap!
