Dear A.S.S,
Saw a pile of novelties discarded by the RC i assume when they could have been distributed among children or residents instead of discarding them.
1. Waste of monetary resources due to over purchase when funds could be used for resident activities or estate upgrading.
2. If really need to discard then do it more discreetly and immediately. (Thus stuff has been lying there for the 3rd day,today)
