I was stopped last Saturday on the way back to woodlands checkpoint from jb town! I was directed to a car park where jb traffic police said that I had an unpaid fine in 2014 for speeding! When I asked for the time and place of the offence they say there is no record. No choice but to pay rm 150 otherwise they want to detain my car! 1 sporean ahead of me was more unfortunate he paid rm1500 fine for 6 years of accumulated fines and yet it was a second hand car he just bought. He tried to explain to the officer but they told him to pay first talk later. In the end he gave up, just paid the fine! Mana Ada system! Daylight robbery !
