Dear A.S.S,
Foreign worker drove the trash kart as if they are racing. Drive at full speed and make sharp turns to bang onto the pavement handrails causing many of the rail bend and badly deform below Bukit Panjang blk239.
One day when i bring my kid to visit my parent and was shock to see the damage when i take closer look..one side of handrail was so badly damage that it came off from the concrete that is holding it casing safety hazard.
I hope BP town council can do something to stop those rubbish cleaners to drive their kart so recklessly before anybody get hurt.
