As if raising carpark charges was not enough, HDB has sub-standard levels of service, especially at my main Carpark at SK62, with the gantries breaking-down regularly. I managed to keep track of these dates:
Break-down Dates:
1st September 2016
19th December 2016
24th December 2016
25th December 2016
12th January 2017
18th January 2017
and I am sure this is only the tip of the iceberg. Where the most recent delay caused a 20 minutes jam at the carpark entrance. Furthermore, these are relatively new gantries. It causes me to shudder when I think of the condition of these gantries a few more years down the road. Raise charges, but reduced efficiency.
