At lunch hour, a blue car was seen parked in three parking lot at Ngee Ann City, Takashimaya. This took place at around 12.45pm today (Feb 3)
SDB898T conveniently parked sideways, much to the ire of angry drivers who were looking for a lot.
Subsequently, the car was clamped.
