Dear A.S.S,
I refer to your articles on the culling of the free-roaming chickens at Sin Ming Avenue and the one where a cat was found dead and hanging on a tree and foul play was suspected.
I feel that the AVA's decision to cull the chickens just because of noise complains would encourage people to think that it is okay to take the life of an animal because some people think the animal is noisy.
By culling the chickens, I feel that this will indirectly encourage those sick pet abusers to abuse the animals even more as the authorities have deemed that the lives of animals are not worth protecting.
