CAN OFFICERS WHO DO NOT BRING THEIR WARRANT CARD BE PART OF AN OPERATION?

According to a post published on the SPF's FB page, all police officers are required to produce a warrant card before a member of the public complies with the instructions of the person claiming to be a police officer. However in this video of the search of Teo Sor Lung's house, you can clearly see two so-called officers, no only not produce said warrant, but one can even claim to leave her card in the car.

I was a director for one and a half season of the TV series "Making the Cops Look Good" or better known as "Crime Watch" in the early 2000s. And one of the SOPs the police always have to ensure that is portrayed properly, is the visible presence of the warrant card.

So if the cops themselves do not respect their own SOPs why should anyone respect them? AND suppose the two persons without ID are in fact not from the SPF but the ISD or Elections Department, shouldn't the SPF explain why someone who isn't a cop is allowed to claim as one?
