Tried to activate my one key, at the last step after entering the OTP, it just show above error.
What kind of government service is like this? Isn't Gov service should be reliable?
What company is Assurity is? Some unknown company pop up with office at area with tiny 2 meter wide corridor with huge amount of people asked to go there by Singpass.
After the error above, i tried to call their hotline and waiting 9 minutes without anyone picking up. What if I need to do something urgent with government? Means cant do and should rely on this 'company'?
I did go today and it is crowded, what if the whole singaporean decided to go there to get the 2FA token will the tiny 2 meter wide corridor fit those people? And further there are only 2 office to get 2FA.
