This case I almost forgotten... This is what happen:
It was near 6am and I put on change shift as I need to hand over the taxi over to my relief. It happened at Sentosa gateway outside st James power station on the main road. When I ask the guy where he is going, which is on the opposite direction, naturally I rejected him.
But he got so angry than he hit on my taxi and cause a dent. It was so happen that two policemen were nearby and I called for assistance. I told the policemen that that guy caused a dent on my taxi and I wish to make a report to let my company know what had happened as this taxi is a temporary taxi (my taxi was in workshop due to accident).
My intention was to let the company handle the damaged and claim against the guy not me. In the end, the policemen called the for Further assistance for their hq and they do the finger print collection on my taxi.
My pure intention is just to safeguard my own interest and I don't think they will get such a hard punishment (7 months jail). Feeling sad...
